At TARINA TARANTINO, we want you to be completely in love with your sparkling new treasures. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team via email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and include a copy of your invoice to ensure your return is identified correctly.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix your shipping label and send the package via a trackable carrier; we recommend insuring your shipment as we are not responsible for lost items.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
